How to migrate, step by step

    Export your customer data from Clover

    In your Clover Dashboard, go to Customers and export your customer list as a CSV. Then go to Loyalty > Reports and download the loyalty summary to capture each customer's point balance. You need both files.

    Review your customer list and decide how Clover Rewards points will convert to LoyaltyPass stamps or points. Write down the conversion rate you will apply consistently across all customers.

    Import your customers

What happens to your customer data

Clover stores point balances in loyalty reports, separate from your customer export. Download both files before starting: the customer CSV for names and emails, and the loyalty report for point totals. Apply your chosen conversion rate consistently across all customers when importing into LoyaltyPass.

I moved from Fivestars to Clover Rewards involuntarily. Can I move again?
Yes. You are not required to stay on Clover Rewards. Export your customer data and loyalty balances from Clover Dashboard and migrate to LoyaltyPass on your own timeline, before any future forced transition.
Will my customers lose their Clover Rewards points when I switch?

Does Clover Rewards issue Apple Wallet or Google Wallet passes?

How do I get my loyalty data out of Clover?
