Loyalty infrastructure for independent businesses
LoyaltyPass gives independent cafes, restaurants, and retailers the same customer retention tools that enterprise chains have been using for years, without the enterprise budget or the custom app.
Built by RaftLabs
LoyaltyPass is a product of RaftLabs, a software company that builds focused products for the businesses that run the physical world: the cafes, restaurants, salons, and retailers that make up the majority of small business commerce.
We built LoyaltyPass because the loyalty programs that work (digital wallet passes, push notifications, tiered rewards) were accessible only to businesses with development budgets and dedicated marketing teams. We changed that.
What LoyaltyPass does
- Creates branded loyalty passes that live in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
- Issues passes via QR code — no app download required for customers
- Delivers push notifications to the lock screen at near-SMS open rates
- Tracks stamps, points, and redemptions in a simple merchant dashboard
- Works with any POS via QR scan — no integration required
Our editorial team
Our blog covers loyalty programs, customer retention, and digital commerce for small businesses across North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. Content is researched and written by a small team of loyalty marketing specialists, each focused on a specific set of markets and verticals.
All articles draw on primary sources: brand announcements, regulatory guidance, industry research (Bain, McKinsey, Accenture, academic behavioral economics literature), and trade press. Statistics are attributed inline. Where a source is LoyaltyPass internal data, this is stated explicitly.

Editorial standards
Source attribution
Every statistic is cited inline to its original source. We link to brand announcements, academic papers, regulator guidance, and industry research. Claims that cannot be sourced to a traceable primary document are not published.
No fabricated businesses
We do not invent fictional business names, owners, or testimonials. Illustrative examples use generic phrasing. Named businesses are real, publicly verifiable, and sourced.
Product disclosure
Articles that mention LoyaltyPass as a solution are clearly written in the context of our product category. CTAs link to our homepage waitlist, not to a signup page. We are transparent that LoyaltyPass is the publisher.
Market-specific accuracy
Local pricing, regulatory context (GDPR, DPC, PDPL), and competitive landscapes are researched per market. We do not apply US loyalty program norms to European or Middle Eastern markets without adaptation.
