Export your customer data from Fivestars
In your Fivestars dashboard, go to Customers and export your customer list as a CSV. Include names, email addresses, and point balances. Contact Fivestars support if the export option is not visible.

Decide what to do with point balances
Review your customer list and decide on a conversion rate. For example, 100 Fivestars points could equal 1 LoyaltyPass stamp or a custom points starting balance. Write down the conversion rate you will use.

What happens to your customer data
Fivestars stores point balances per customer. LoyaltyPass lets you set a starting balance for each imported customer, so you can honor existing points on day one. If your Fivestars points use a different scale than your new LoyaltyPass program, define a simple conversion rate before importing, such as every 100 Fivestars points equals 50 LoyaltyPass points, and apply it consistently across all customers.
