Export your client list from Fresha
In your Fresha dashboard, navigate to the Clients section and export your client list as a CSV. The file includes names, email addresses, and phone numbers. Note that Fresha does not provide a detailed loyalty points export, so you will be working from a clean client list.

What happens to your customer data
Fresha does not provide a detailed loyalty balance export with stamp counts per client. When importing into LoyaltyPass, most salons either start all clients at zero (with a goodwill bonus stamp for early adopters) or manually assign a starting balance based on approximate visit frequency. Either approach is acceptable: the key is communicating clearly with clients so they know what to expect.

- Does Fresha export loyalty balances for each client?
- Fresha does not provide a detailed per-client loyalty balance export. You can export your client list as a CSV. For loyalty balances, you will need to manually assign starting credits based on visit history, or start clients fresh with a bonus for early sign-up.
- Do clients need to download an app for LoyaltyPass?
