Export your customer and loyalty data from Square
In your Square Dashboard, go to Customers, select All Customers, and export as CSV. Then go to Loyalty > Reports and export the loyalty summary to capture each customer's point balance. You need both files.

What happens to your customer data
Square Loyalty point balances are stored in your loyalty reports, separate from your customer export. Download both files before you start the import: the customer CSV for names and emails, and the loyalty report for point totals. When importing into LoyaltyPass, set each customer's starting balance from the loyalty report. Customers keep their existing totals and see their correct balance from day one.
