Getting Started

After you log in, you'll land on your Dashboard. Before doing anything else, we recommend completing these two quick steps so your customers see the right information on their passes.

    Add your store location. Go to Settings → Locations and enter your business address. When a customer is nearby, their phone will automatically surface your pass on their lock screen as a reminder to come in.

    Create your first loyalty program. Go to Loyalty Programs and click New Program. You can have it live in minutes.

Your role: Business OwnerYou have full access to every feature in this guide. If you add staff members, they only get access to the scanner - they can't see your customer data or program settings.
