What Your Customers See on Their Pass

Live Updates
When a customer earns points or redeems a reward, their pass updates instantly on their phone. They don't need to do anything - it just changes. This means customers always have an accurate, up-to-date view of their balance without needing to open any app.
Proximity Alerts (iPhone)
If you've added your store coordinates in Settings → Locations, Apple Wallet will automatically surface the pass on a customer's lock screen when they walk near your store. The relevance text you wrote appears alongside it.
This is completely automatic - a passive reminder that brings customers in with zero extra effort from you.
Pass Design Changes
Make design changes inside the loyalty program itself. When you update a program's logo, colours, or hero image, all existing passes for that program refresh automatically. Customers don't need to re-add the pass - it just updates on their phone.
