Pass Holders
This is your customer list - everyone who has added one of your passes to their phone. You'll find it inside each loyalty program: open a program from Loyalty Programs, then go to its Pass Holders tab. From there you can search, filter, and view detailed profiles for every customer in that program.
Finding Customers
Use the search bar at the top to find anyone by their email address or member ID.
For more targeted searches, use the filters:

| Join Date | Customers who joined within a date range |
| Points Balance | Customers with more/less than a certain number of points |
| Last Activity | Active in the last 7, 30, or 90 days - or never active |
| Membership Status | Active memberships only, or expired ones |
| Expiring Soon | Memberships expiring in the next 7, 14, or 30 days |
| Wallet | Apple, Google, both, or customers who haven't added a wallet pass yet |
You can also sort the list by clicking the Issued, Points, or Last Activity column headers. Click once to sort high-to-low, again for low-to-high, and a third time to return to the default order.
Viewing a Customer's Profile
Click on any customer to open their full profile. You'll see:
- Their name, email, phone number, and member ID
- Which program they're in and their current balance (points or membership status)
- Which wallet they're using - Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or both
- When they joined and when they were last active
- Their complete activity history
From the profile you can also:
- Adjust Points - Manually add or remove points. Useful for resolving issues or rewarding a customer outside of a normal transaction.
- Edit - Update any of their personal details.
What does the Wallet column mean?Apple = iPhone user. Google = Android user. Both = the customer added the pass on more than one device.
