Partners

Partners are external businesses you've teamed up with who are allowed to scan and validate your passes. This is useful when an affiliate or partner business accepts your loyalty currency. (To give your own staff scanning access, add them as team members instead.)

Managing Partners

What partners can seePartners get scanner access only. They can scan passes and log transactions, but they cannot see your customer list, program settings, or any other business data.

Scan Activity Analytics

Switch to the Scan Activity tab to see how your partners are using their scanning access. The default view shows the last 30 days - you can change the date range.

At the top, a per-partner summary counts each partner's scans, split by result:

Below that, a detailed log shows every individual scan - timestamp, which partner scanned, which program, which customer, and the result.
