QR Scanner
The scanner is how you (and your staff) process transactions at the point of sale. It works on any device with a camera - your phone, a tablet behind the counter, or a laptop.
How to Scan

Open the Scanner page from the sidebar. On mobile, tap the floating Redeem button for quick access.

Point the camera at the customer's wallet pass QR code.
- 3
The customer's pass details appear instantly. Choose the transaction type.

Confirm - the customer's pass updates on their phone in real time.
Transaction Types
| Type | When to use it |
|---|---|
| Add Points | Customer made a purchase - add points based on what they spent |
| Redeem Points | Customer wants to use their points balance for a reward |
| Membership Check-In | Verify and log a membership visit |
TipThe scanner works in your browser - nothing to install. For the best experience at a fixed counter, keep a tablet or laptop on the Scanner page and just tap when a customer comes in.
